Yara Bamieh is a children’s book maker and botanical artist. She loves creating picture books where children can see themselves and the world in new ways. Her stories often explore themes of being different, navigating change, and celebrating individuality. Nature is a constant source of inspiration in her work, shaping both the visuals and the emotional tone of her books. She has published several titles, some of which have been translated, and continues to explore the world of children’s literature with curiosity, imagination, and care. She lives and works in Palestine, surrounded by plants, stories, and plenty of sketchbooks.
