HANS Christian Andersen

Hans Christian Andersen (1805-1875) was a Danish author. He is best remembered for his fairy tales, including stories like “The Emperor’s New Clothes,” “The Ugly Duckling,” “The Steadfast Tin Soldier,” “The Princess and the Pea,” and “The Little Mermaid.” He is among one of the most widely translated authors in the world.
